IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #19-155
Resolution to schedule Public Information Meeting related to USDA Grant Application which seeks grant funds to assist with the purchase of a new Ambulance.
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello has submitted a grant application with the USDA seeking grant funds to help cover a portion of the costs associated with the purchase of a new ambulance, and
WHEREAS, as part of the USDA application process the City Council must hold a Public Information Meeting on the details of the Grant Application, and the intent of the City to pursue grant funding consistent therewith, and
WHEREAS, Notice of the Public Information Meeting will be published in the Monticello Express on November 6th and the Public Information Meeting held on November 18th at 6:00 p.m. during the regular City Council meeting of that date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby schedule a Public Information Meeting related to the USDA Grant Application mentioned previously herein, said Meeting to be scheduled for the 18th day of November at 6:00 p.m. during the regular City Council meeting scheduled for that date and time.
