IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 14-47
Scheduling Public Hearing on Re-Zoning of Property identified as Lots 1-7 of Breckenridge Estates Second Addition, from R-3 Multi-Family Residential to R-2 Two Family Residential, for April 21, 2014 at 6:00 P.M.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to Re-Zone the property located at Lots 1-7 of Breckenridge Estates Second Addition, from R-3 Multi-Family Residential to R-2 Two Family Residential, and
WHEREAS, before moving forward with the re-zoning of a property it is necessary to set the matter for a Public Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby schedule a Public Hearing on the proposed Re-Zoning of the property identified as Lots 1-7 of Breckenridge Estates Second Addition, from R-3 Multi-Family Residential to R-2 Two Family Residential, for the 21st day of April, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mary Lovell LeVan Renaissance Center, Monticello, Iowa, with appropriate notice to be published in advance within the Monticello Express.
