IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 13-32
Scheduling Public Hearing on proposed re-zoning of property located at 202 N. Cedar Street from R-1 Single Family Residential to C-2 Central Commercial for April 15, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the
Monticello City Council Chambers.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to re-zone the property located at 202 N. Cedar Street from R-1 single family residential to C-2 Central Commercial, and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that a public hearing must be held pursuant to the Monticello Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby schedule Public Hearing on the proposed re-zoning of the property located at 202 N. Cedar Street from R-1 to C-2 for the 15th day of April, 2013 at 6:00 p.m., during the regularly scheduled Council meeting held in the Community Media Center located within the Mary Lovell LeVan Renaissance Center, with the publishing of appropriate notice.
