IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 12-132
Scheduling Public Hearing on proposed re-zoning of property located at 301 E 3rd Street from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Two-Family Residential for October 15, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monticello City Council Chambers.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to re-zone the property located at 301 E. 3rd Street from R-1 single family residential to R-2 two-family residential, and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that a public hearing must be held pursuant to the Monticello Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby schedule Public Hearing on the proposed re-zoning of the property located at 301 E. 3rd Street from R-1 to R-2 for the 15th day of October, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., at the Mary Lovell LeVan Renaissance Center, with appropriate notice to be published in advance within the Monticello Express.
