RESOLUTION #09-169
Approving Paul D. & Amanda Warner Application for Tax Exemption on Residential Improvements constructed at 832 Breckenridge Drive, Monticello, Iowa.
WHEREAS, Monticello has enacted an Urban Revitalization Tax Abatement program and codified same at Chapter 10 of the Monticello Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, Paul & Amanda Warner have completed and filed an Application for Tax Abatement on their home, a Residentially zoned property located at 832 Breckenridge Drive, Monticello, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed said Application, and finds that the information submitted therein is consistent with that required by the Monticello Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Application for Tax Abatement filed by Paul Warner as set forth above, consistent with Chapter 10 of the Monticello Code of Ordinances, said Application bearing the date of 12/07/09 and being signed by Paul Warner, and further directs the Monticello City Clerk to file same with the Jones County Assessor as prescribed by law.
